	WHAT CAN THE HOME OWNER EXPECT? First the floor base is prepared, next the carefull installation of the wood, then the sanding begins, this is where experience seperates the professionals like Floors By Mike from his compeition. Once it has been decided, the home owner has to choose thier custom blended color stain. After the stain is implemented, the final process begins, glazing, a process that leaves a finish comparable to the reflection of a mirror.
	WHAT IF THE HOME OWNER WANTS TO REFINISH AN EXSISTING FLOOR? This too is a as teadious an application as a new floor, any old flooring or decayed wood must be removed, the base must then be prepared and the process continues as explained above, until the final application of glazing is in place.
