"SRC" Terms: All
accounts are C.O.D. or by cash advance only when purchasing directly from "SRC"
Fabrication and Design. Any cancellations once manufacturing has begun will forfeit all
funds paid.
"Ambassador" Terms: Only
when an order has been exclusively placed through "Ambassador" will the
following methods of payments be accepted. VISA,
Master Card, American Express, C.C., P.C., B.C., or M.O. Payment plans, require a
$500.00 deposit by "Ambassador" with each chassis ordered before
production can be scheduled. An additional payment (to be determined) is
required when production has begun, the balance must be paid in full prior to
shipment, unless previous arrangements have been made with "Ambassador".

"SRC"/Ambassador Warrants: Any
and all component parts and assemblies designed for competition racing are not
warranted.
"SRC" Dealerships: All
dealers must submit a tax identification and business license in order to qualify for
dealer pricing.
"SRC"/ Ambassador Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum order amount required. Special or custom orders require a 50% advanced
deposit.
"SRC"/ Ambassador Shipping &
Charges: All shipping charges will be paid by the consignee. All orders are
carefully packaged and inspected prior to shipment by "SRC" Fabrication and
Design. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage to the carrier
for insurance consideration.
"SRC"/ Ambassador Pricing: All
pricing and terms are subject to change without notice. Prices sold or bought directly
from "SRC" Fabrication and Design may vary due to shipping charges.
"SRC" Returns: All
returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Shortages must be made within 10 days
of invoice date. Please return copy of invoice and an explanation for the return of the
item to "SRC" Fabrication and Design, 6958 Hwy 90, Longs, SC, 29568. Full credit
will be given if the product is defective or if an error has been made. All returns are
subject to a restocking fee.
"SRC"/Ambassador Returned Check
Policy: There will be a $20.00 service charge on all returned checks. These
accounts will also be placed on a CIA or cash in advance basis only. Returned check
Service charges are subject to change without notice.
"SRC"/Ambassador Refused
Shipments: Customers who refuse shipment, except those authorized directly by
"SRC" Fabrication and Design will be responsible for shipping charges and any
other charges that may incur.
